JCD will be providing a range of commercial cleaning services to two of their three hotel sites as per their new contract valued in the region of £200k. The agreement will see JCD become the exclusive provider of services for these venues, marking a significant milestone after their recent contract win with Knauf UK that valued around £900k.

JCD are currently one of the fastest growing, family-owned commercial cleaning companies in the Southeast. They offer a complete range of cleaning services delivered by fully trained staff and effective management utilising the most appropriate and efficient tooling to deliver on long or short-term cleaning contracts.

This contract spans seven days of the week and requires two cleaning staff, each working two hours, resulting in four staff members covering the entire week. The scope of work will include cleaning the hotels’ reception area, pool area, steam room and sauna, changing rooms, showers, and sports studio so guests are consistently welcomed by spotless and healthy environments.

JCD Cleaning & Support Services (subsidiary of Grey-Water Facilities Manangement are pleased to have been successful in their bid to provide all industrial factory cleaning services and ad hoc specialist cleaning to lightweight building products and systems manufacturer, Knauf UK. Operations begun on 1 February 2022 at Knauf’s headquarters in Kent after penning a 3-year contract valued in the region of £900k following a 4-month tender process.

JCD are currently one of the fastest growing commercial cleaning companies in the South East. They provide a full range of cleaning services with fully trained staff utilising the best high-end tools to deliver on long-term or short-term cleaning contracts.

A Knauf UK spokesperson said: “We are pleased to have JCD Cleaning as our new strategic cleaning partner and believe their focus on a proactive contract management and support will provide Knauf with the ongoing support required to ensure continuity of cleaning services within our factory areas.”

In response to this new contract, JCD have transferred 10 full-time employees to provide all aspects of day-to-day industrial factory cleaning.
