In order to run an effective facility it is pertinent that every so often, a fire drill should be conducted. The frequency of fire drills depends on local fire safety regulations, the size of the facility, and what the facility does. For example, if your facility changes often, as regards equipment, layout, occupancy, you may find your fire drills take place more frequently than a facility that more or less stays consistent in these factors. In most facilities, a proper and thorough fire drill should take place once a year, with checks being done semi-regularly to ensure sprinklers and fire alarms are all in working order.

It is important for all regular staff and occupants to participate in these drills.

We conduct risk assessments on facility premises to identify potential hazards and determine the appropriate measures to mitigate them. Our fire safety plans are tested thoroughly and based on the risk assessments done prior. These will outline procedures and protocols for preventing, detecting, and responding to fires.

We will also install fire safety equipment such as smoke detectors, fire alarms, sprinkler systems, fire extinguishers, and emergency lighting (all of which we will regularly see to the maintenance of), as well as undertake the training of employees in what to do if a fire occurs.
